We have a one hour minumum for all services contracted on an "as need" basis. Costs for any gifts, merchandise or service requests are in addition to the Lend A Hand service fees.
Service requests requiring travel include 15 miles. Mileage over 15 miles in fulfillment of a service request will be billed at the current 2011 IRS mileage rate of $0.51 per mile.
We accept cash, checks or money orders. Please make any checks or money orders out to "Lend A Hand". A $35 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

We reserve the right to refuse any service which we consider to be illegal, unethical or dangerous.
Privacy/Confidentiality
Lend A Hand Concierge will not at any time sell or exchange our client information to outside sources or will not give out any information about our clients without their consent.
Vendors will be provided with only the information required to complete a specific task.
Cancellation
Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice.
Notice can be given via telephone or e-mail.
Liability Limits
Lend A Hand Concierge will not be held liable for any damages that the third party (dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor).
We will not leave any items at your home or office if no one is there to accept them unless arrangements are made with us in advance to do so.
Lend a Hand Concierge is not responsible for any damages caused by a pet.
Lend a Hand Conciergemay require new clients pay for services before they are rendered.
